Now you open it and you open an image(The image you desire for the loading screen) in the VTFEdit. After that you just save the file with these settings
Save the file with the name:
- "background01_widescreen.vtf"(name the file with this when there is no event like The International, Diretide, and frostivus)
K, now you just need to copy your file before (the image) to....
(your Steam folder)\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\materials\console (If you don't have a "console" folder just create it)

NOTE;
- The game resolution will affect the image quality. This will only affect on one PC (the one who you did this tutorial).
- This won't work if you use a loading screen item
- This won't work if dota 2 have an event that change normal loading screens *ex; The International 4
